Good news! Supreme Court upholds judgement against Palestinian Authority

Today, the United States Supreme Court refused today to overturn a $116 million judgment against the Palestinian Authority in the murder of a Jewish couple near Judea (the West Bank). I included portraits of the young couple to remind people that these murder victims were human beings, not `settlers' or statistics...just a young couple who's lives were callously ended not because of anything they did, but because of whom they were.Supreme Court passes up PLO case

The PA was succesfully sued in federal court in Rhode Island over the 1996 drive-by shooting of Yaron Ungar, an American citizen, and his Israeli wife, Efrat, as the couple returned home from a wedding.

The family’s relatives succesfully proved that that the PLO and Palestinian Authority provided a safe haven and operational base for Hamas, who carried out the actual murders. A judge issued a default judgment of $116M after the Palestinian Authority refused to respond to requests for depositions from Yasser Arafat and others.

Former Attorney General and terrorist groupie Ramsey Clark(who else??) was the lawyer for the PA, continuing his record of standing up for evil and indecency.
